Bug Burger is designed as a highly nutritious complete diet that can be used to raise, maintain, or breed insects. While it provides optimal nutrition to insects and makes them a great food source, it is NOT a "gutload."
Repashy Superload is an ultra-high calcium, vitamin, trace mineral, and carotenoid formula designed to be fed to insects for one to four days prior to use as feeders to "gutload" and maximize nutritional value. It is NOT meant to be a staple insect diet and can harm insects if fed over long periods due to the high calcium levels, which can cause impaction and prevent nutrient absorption. Using it as a gel eliminates the need to provide a separate water source.
Feeding Guide
As a Gel

Bring water to a boil on the stove, in the microwave, or using a kettle.

Pour boiling water into a bowl and immediately stir in the powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water).

Let cool or immediately pour into a mold. The gel will set at room temperature.

Cut into pieces or strips for feeding.

Once made, treat the gel as fresh food and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for longer storage.
As a Slurry or Paste
Can also be fed as a slurry or paste.
