This website is operated by Distrabex Wholesale Inc., operating as The Wild Biome. Throughout this policy, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Wild Biome, a retail brand of Distrabex Wholesale Inc.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
No Cash Refunds
Due to the complexity of our multi-location dropshipping model, we do not offer cash refunds on returned items.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective (see below).
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unopened
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
No exceptions will be made.
Store Credit (Gift Card)
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
- Gift cards never expire
- Store credit can be used toward any item in our store
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items
- Custom items
- Items cut to size
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs and provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund (only if applicable and at our discretion)
To process a damaged or defective claim, we may request:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label

Returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to sender.
Important Shipping Notice
We ship from multiple supplier locations using a dropshipping model. If your order contains items shipping from more than one location, shipping charges may be combined and delivery timelines may vary.
Please review our Shipping Information page before placing your order. If you do not see a shipping rate at checkout, your order may contain an item requiring freight shipping or a custom shipping quote.
Governing Law
This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, with jurisdiction based in London, Ontario.
