We ship from multiple supplier locations using a dropshipping model. If your shipping rate seems unusually high, it may be because your order contains items shipping from more than one location, and shipping charges are combined.

Shipping costs will also increase as shipment weight increases. Large or bulky items may incur additional surcharges.

If you do not see a shipping rate at checkout, your order may include an item that requires skid (freight) shipping or a custom shipping quote. In this case, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping price. If you don’t believe your order should require freight shipping, contact us and we can correct it for you.

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you will be fully refunded.
