Shipping Information

The Wild Biome is a division of Distrabex Wholesale Inc. As we operate primarily through trusted supplier warehouses, most products ship directly from their respective brand distribution locations.

Because of this, shipping rates are calculated per shipping location, not per order.

How Shipping Works

Many of our products are drop shipped directly from suppliers across Canada. If your cart contains items from multiple shipping locations, separate shipping charges may apply for each location.

We understand this can be different from traditional retail stores, so we aim to be as transparent as possible. In exchange for your patience during this process, we strive to keep our pricing as competitive as possible. By purchasing from us, you help bring us one step closer to establishing a true brick-and-mortar location and eventually being able to ship all these great products from a single location in the future.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most small items when you spend over $200 from a single shipping location.

Please note:

Heavy, oversized, bulky, or long items may incur additional surcharges
Pallet-shipped products are not eligible for free shipping
Products requiring pallet freight must have a shipping quote requested prior to purchase

Flat Rate Shipping (Dry Goods)

Dry goods shipping starts at a $20 flat rate per shipping location for most areas.

Some remote or rural locations may incur additional surcharges from the carrier.

Because items ship from multiple warehouse locations, the flat rate applies separately to each location represented in your cart.

Future Live Animal Shipping

In the future, we plan to offer live animals shipped directly from select breeders.

Because animals are shipped directly from each breeder, shipping is calculated separately per breeder. When purchasing multiple animals from the same breeder, a single shipping fee will apply for that shipment. If your order includes animals from more than one breeder, separate shipping fees will apply for each breeder.

Additional details will be provided once this service becomes available.
